The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. I also enjoyed the complimentary airport pick-up service and the helpful staff who assisted me during my stay. the location of the hotel was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
The service was often slow and confused, with confusion about my room and bill on multiple occasions. the breakfast was limited and the lack of restaurant options was inconvenient, leading to reliance on fast food location downstairs.

Everything was great, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the helpfulness of the staff. Plus, the location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach! The parking and transportation were also really convenient.

Great value for the price, with comfortable and well-appointed rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering a smooth airport pick-up and drop-off. The internet was reliable and the location was convenient for my needs.
There was also no free water in the rooms, and only instant coffee was available at breakfast.

The hotel is located in a pleasant area close to the shore, providing guests with easy access to the beach. The hotel lacks a restaurant on, site, meaning guests may need to venture out to find meals.

My recent stay at Sunset Inn was fantastic. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, providing a great value for the price. The staff was friendly and cute, making me feel at home. Despite a few minor hiccups in the service, I had a pleasant experience overall. The location of the hotel was also a highlight, conveniently situated near restaurants and bars. Lovely, spacious, and clean rooms. Free laundry service. Very nice and helpful staff. Great location by the seafront with the sound of surf. Excellent concept with separate lodges and F&B outlets. Beautiful landscape within the rainforest. Magnificent restaurant overlooking the sea. Well-executed pools with different levels. Really good resort planning.
No complaints.
